Who can apply
- Businesses with real operations — restaurants, hotels/resorts, catering companies, central kitchens, schools, hospitals, factories/canteens, or any business that uses food ingredients regularly
- Operating within our service area: Nonthaburi and Greater Bangkok
- Intending to order regularly (recommended minimum order 1,000 THB per order)
- Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date business and contact details
Required documents
- Business name, delivery address, and contact details (name – phone – LINE/email)
- Copy of the authorised person's ID card, or company certificate (for legal entities)
- Commercial/trade registration or VAT (Por.Por.20) if available — for tax invoices
- Additional documents if applying for credit terms (see Payment section)

Ordering & delivery conditions
- Minimum order 1,000 THB per order
- Order cut-off before 2:00 PM for scheduled delivery (fresh items delivered same day/next day depending on area and product type)
- Free delivery from 3,000 THB — below that, delivery is charged by distance
- Cold chain throughout delivery (Cold Box + Ice Pack, or refrigerated vehicles by product type)
- Service area: Nonthaburi and Greater Bangkok (other areas on request)
- Fresh-produce prices may vary with daily market rates and will be confirmed before the order
Payment & credit terms
- Payment channels: bank transfer/PromptPay, cash on delivery (COD), credit card/online payment
- Credit terms of 7–30 days for approved members, based on order history and supporting documents
- Credit limits are set per business and may be reviewed/adjusted based on actual usage
- For overdue payments, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend credit until settled
- Credit and tax terms follow company policy and applicable law; we recommend checking with your accountant/advisor before signing
