Fish-Sauce Fried Pork Belly

Ingredients

  • 400 g pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
  • oil for frying

Method

  • Marinate the pork with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and garlic for 30 minutes
  • Heat oil to medium
  • Fry the pork until golden and crisp
  • Drain and serve with rice and jaew dipping sauce
