Ingredients
- 400 g pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 head garlic, crushed
- oil for frying
Method
- Marinate the pork with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and garlic for 30 minutes
- Heat oil to medium
- Fry the pork until golden and crisp
- Drain and serve with rice and jaew dipping sauce
