Ingredients
- Mixed veg (cabbage, long beans, green papaya, morning glory)
- 2 tbsp sour curry paste
- 200g fish/prawn
- tamarind juice
- fish sauce, sugar
Method
- Boil water, dissolve the sour curry paste, bring to a fragrant boil
- Add fish/prawn and cook through
- Add vegetables; season with tamarind, fish sauce and sugar for sour-spicy-salty
- Simmer until vegetables are just tender; turn off and serve
