Ingredients
- 300g wide rice noodles
- 150g sliced pork
- Chinese kale
- 2 eggs
- garlic
- dark & light soy, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper
Method
- Heat wok until smoking; fry garlic, add pork until cooked
- Push aside, scramble eggs, add kale and toss quickly
- Add noodles; season with dark soy, light soy, oyster sauce and sugar
- Stir-fry on high without over-stirring for smoky wok aroma; serve with chili vinegar
