Ingredients
- 2 plates cooked rice
- 150g minced/sliced pork
- 2 eggs
- Chopped garlic + spring onion + onion
- Fish sauce, light soy sauce, a little sugar
Method
- Fry the garlic, add the pork and stir-fry until cooked
- Push the pork aside, crack in the eggs and scramble until set
- Add the rice, stir-fry over high heat until fluffy; season with fish sauce, soy and sugar
- Add onion and spring onion, toss to combine, serve with lime and cucumber
