Ingredients
- 200g minced pork
- 1 handful holy basil
- 1 tbsp pounded bird's-eye chili + garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
Method
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat; fry pounded chili-garlic until fragrant
- Add pork, stir-fry until cooked and crumbly
- Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar; toss quickly
- Turn off heat, add basil, toss until wilted; serve over hot rice
